INGREDIENTS THAT WE USE :-
Urad Dal stuffing:-
urad dal - 1/2 cup
hing - 1/4 tsp
Saunf pwd - 1 tsp
dhaniya pwd - 1tsp
red chilli pwd - 1 tsp
garam masala - 1/2 tsp
amchur pwd - 1/2 tsp
black pepper pwd - 1/4 tsp
sal to taste
water as needed
dough
aata - 1 cup
maida - 1 cup
suji - 1/2 cup
kasuri methi - 1 tbsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
ajwain - 1/2 tsp
ghee - 2 tbsp
oil- 1 tbsp
water as needed
aloo sabji
tomato - 1 big size
ginger - 1/2 inch
ghee - 2 tbsp
jeera - 1tsp
coriander seeds - 1 tsp
dry red chilli - 3-4
coriander pwd - 1 tsp
kashmiri lal mirch pwd - 1 1/2 tsp
saunf pwd = 1 tsp
haldi pwd - 1/4 tsp
hing - 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
roasted besan - 2 tsp
boiled potato- 3-4 med size
kasuri methi - 1 tsp
garam masala - 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves
