This is a glitch I found a few days ago while testing in the new PvP sandbox. And as it turns out you can get effectively infinite special ammo in crucible AND TRIALS OF OSIRIS!
The glitch is pretty simple to do, you need a chest piece with 3x reserve mods for whatever special weapon you have and a chest piece without those mods. Either when a round ends in trials or you die, swap the chest piece without mods for the one with mods until you respawn for free special.
