Applying kajal is a very common question asked, its definitely not safe to apply for eye either it is a baby or young adult because kajal contains lot of chemicals such as lead. Constant use of kajal everyday almost does cause induced toxicity with eye. There are lot of myths around application of kajal like it makes the eye look big, beautiful, yes it makes the eye beautiful but not big, neither it protects your eyes from infection or diseases like it is thought so. Sharing same kajal box does spread infection from one person to another person and if your finger tips are not clean it does induce infection in the eye. So best suggestion is no kajal for eye.
