Frank Pinello (@bestpizza33) visits one of the most popular spots in New York City, Cuts & Slices (@cutsandslicesnyc), a celebrated black-owned pizzeria known for their inventive toppings, heavy emphasis on Caribbean flavors, chopped cheese, chicken and waffles, and oxtails.

Randy and Ashlee take Frank on a tour of their neighbourhood staples: Trinciti Roti Shop (@trinciti_ny) and Seamornhen seafood. Showing Frank how they use their inspiration from childhood flavors onto pizza. They get hands on making a Caribbean Sicilian-style pizza with Trinidadian curried chick peas. So good even an MTA bus driver pulled over for a slice.
