Research ready communities is an exciting new initiative that is being delivered across all fifteen regions of the Clinical Research Network (CRN).
The project is designed to engage underserved groups in health and care research, using a community engagement approach. It aims to help communities find out what health and care research is, how it can benefit them and how to take part in research. It does this by working closely with local communities.
The CRN West of England has been working with 4 community champions in Swindon who have run workshops with people from the Goan community, the Hindu community and the Muslim community.
