Hey Y'all,

Welcome to What Chelsea Eats! Thank you so much for joining me. In this video, I share with you how I make this creamy Lemon Dill Salad Dressing. If you are looking for a delicious creamy dressing that will make your salad taste wonderful then this is the dressing for you. Watch the video and let me know what you think. INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup hemp hearts (hulled hemp seeds)
1/3 cup water, plus more if needed (It depends on how think you like your salad dressing)
juice of 1 medium lemon
pinch of garlic powder
pinch of onion powder
pinch of mineral salt (I used pink salt)
1/8 teaspoon of Chipotle pepper (optional) It gives it a small kick!
a few sprig leaves fresh dill or dry dill

INSTRUCTIONS

Using a blender, I used my tribes personal blender which is what I like to use for salad dressings, combine ingredients, minus the dill, and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thin then add more hemp seeds, if the mixture is too thick add a little more water to thin the dressing out. Lastly, add in the dill and blend for less than 5 seconds until incorporated. Taste the dressing for flavor and add anything extra to suit your taste…more lemon?…more herbs?…more garlic or onion powder? Refrigerate before serving. I think it taste better chilled

Makes 4 to 5 servings depending on how much salad dressing you like to eat.

Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to a week.
