The benefits of the Hult Center for the Performing Arts’ 10x10 Series are two-fold: a chance for up-and-coming artists to find and expand their audience, and an opportunity for a broader spectrum of people in the community to enjoy the arts scene. For their roles in building and supporting 10x10, the Hult Center in Eugene and Turell Group, a marketing agency, received the 2023 Arts & Business Partnership Award from the Arts & Business Alliance of Eugene (ABAE). In this video, the Hult Center’s Vicki Infinito, director of programming and booking, and Rich Hobby, the Hult Center’s director of marketing, talk about what a difference the 10x10 Series has made to visiting artists and the local arts community while promoting a wider diversity in performances. Dana Turell, president of Turell Group, shares why she felt inspired to offer financial and creative support to help build this unique program.
