Fish Curry Ingredients
(Good for 4-6 People)

For Washing Fish
↓
Fish – 1 Kg ( Rohu Fish was used in this curry )
Turmeric – 2 tsp
Lemon – 1
Water – As needed

For Fish Marination
↓
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp

Masala paste
↓
Coriander seeds – 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Poppy Seeds – ½ tsp
Cloves – 8
Green Cardamon - 4
Cinnamon Stick – 1
Garlic – 12

For Curry
↓
Marinated Fish ( Above )
Masala Paste ( Above )
Oil – 3-4 Tablespoon
Fenugreek Seeds – ½ tsp
Medium Onions Chopped – 3
Medium Size Chilies- 8
Curry Leaves – 15
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Grinded Tomato Paste – 2
Red Chili Powder – 3 tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Salt – As Needed
Tamarind – 75 Grams (Lemon Size)
Water – 1 Liter
Raw Cut Mango – 1 (Made into Medium Pieces)
Coriander Leaves – ½ Hand Full
