Module 1: Introduction to Age-Friendly Health Systems
Urban Health Partnerships (UHP), in partnership with the South Florida Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program (SFGWEP), presents a lecture series focused on the Age-Friendly Public Health System 4 M Framework developed by the Institute for Health Care Improvement. Participants will learn what each M means, how to practice 4Ms in the healthcare setting, and the importance of age-friendly health systems.
