The 27th UN climate summit is on now in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. Over the next two weeks, more than 100 world leaders will be in the Red Sea resort looking for solutions to climate change. This year though, the agenda will also be looking at the thorny issue of whether or not wealthy nations should compensate poor countries for "loss and damage" caused by climate change. Oliver Farry tells us more about the COP Conference that often sees its great climate promises ignored.
