Oyster Shooters (Makes 6)
Use 2 oz shot glasses. (6 of them)
One dozen fresh shucked oysters on the half shell.
Remove the chewy piece and cut each oyster into 3 pieces.
Put the pieces even into the 6 shot glasses.
In a measuring cup mix:
1/2 cup Hunts ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish (not the cream style)
12oz bottle of "Spicy Hot" V8 Juice
Pour the mixture over the oysters.
Sprinkle a little pinch of cilantro on top each shot.
Put 1/2 of a lemon slice on the rim of each glass.
You can use a small straw to poke the mixture down
to the bottom of each glass and mix with the oysters..
