Ingredients:
1+1/2 tbsp - Ghee
100 gm - Whole Coriander ( Dhaniya)
25 gm - Badam
25 gm - Cashew
15 gm - Pista
10 gm - Watermelon Seeds
10 gm - Walnut
10 gm - Chironji ( Charoli )
Sauté everything in Slow Flame
50 gm - Dry Coconut grated
Sauté little and Cool Down Completely
Grind everything and Put in bowl
And add
25 gm - Raisins
10 gm - Ginger Powder
5 gm - Cardamom Powder ( Elachi )
Mix well and then add
200 gm - Diamond Sugar ( Mishri)
Mix with hand Properly
And serve .
Decorate :
Badam Flaks
pistachio Flaks
