HITMAN 2, The CENSOR aka Serial Killer Elusive Target in Whittleton Creek, a very easy and fast method to eliminate the target, who also acts like a real creep. Like all Elusive Targets, he is not visible in instinct or the minimap, and you must search for him on the map. Good for you, Diana gives you a big hint at the beginning - Censor likes to roam around big gathering and there is only one here. Wilsons have the BBQ Party in the garden, also if you look at the Planning Menu, you cannot start as the Server during the party. On your way to the BBQ, you might also hear the conversation from two NPCs outside near the starting point about a creep on the party. He talks to the guests like a total creep, giving them marks - if someone is challenging to kill, he gives them an A mark. When you arrive to the BBQ Party, you might notice a middle-aged creep with glasses who talks to the guests like a freak, that's him. He will also approach you, but 47 is the hunter, not an easy prey - there is no possibility to lure him outside, improvise. The area is also full of undercover police - try to stage an accident, maybe an electric boogaloo with a car battery, quite a clean kill? Once you start, go to the Cassidy's garage and take Car Battery, enter the Wilson's house and go to the bathroom - lure the NPC and hide him in closet. When The Censor is nearby the bathroom, tamper the sink, he will enter the bathroom standing in the water puddle - throw the car battery and leave :)
