Here’s how to cook CHEESY BREADED PORK CHOPS.
It’s a simple but delicious dish. It’s also quick and easy to make.
INGREDIENTS
1 kg pork chops (butterflied, skin and bones removed) + a dash of salt and pepper on each side of the pork chop
flour mixture
breadcrumbs
3-4 beaten eggs
FLOUR MIXTURE
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1) Butterfly your pork chop by slicing it in the middle or you let your local butcher do that. In the supermarket, it’s labeled as butterfly cut.
2) Pound the pork chops to tenderize it. You may skip this step if you’re in a hurry.
3) Simply place the cheese onto the butterflied pork chops and fold.
4) Coat it with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
5) Fry then serve.
