This 2009 honda pilot 3.5 v6 has a loud ticking, knocking, rattle type noise coming from the engine. these engines have a hydraulic fluid filled timing belt tensioner, and when they fail or start to fail, this noise will start to happen. hope this video helps. thank you for watching FixItPhillip
