Working out while fasted is the new topic in our fitness culture, and some claim it can help you build muscle through a boost in testosterone.
I'm not so sure if that boost in testosterone is really there or not, nor am I sure it even matters even if it is true. However, you may benefit from a fasted workout depending on how you feel during that workout.
If fasting helps you feel great and gives you energy, then it's probably going to help you build muscle and strength. If it makes you feel slow and sluggish then it may be detrimental to your progress.
