This video is a home cooking tutorial for how to make 'Fried Tofu with Oyster Sauce' (紅燒豆腐) 🍲), soft and scrumptious!

Ingredients:
*500g tofu
*a spring onion
*a slice of ginger
*a clove of garlic
*a small piece of red carrot

Sauce:
*1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
*1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
*1 teaspoon of soy sauce
*1 pinch of pepper
*1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
* 1/2 teaspoon sugar
*1 tablespoon of white wine
*2 tablespoons cooking oil

*80 ml water
*1 level teaspoon cornstarch

红烧豆腐
材料

豆腐 500克
一条葱
一片薑
一瓣蒜头
一小块红罗卜

配料

一汤匙蠔油
一汤匙生抽
一茶匙老抽
少许胡椒粉
半茶匙芝麻油
半茶匙糖
一汤匙白酒
二汤匙食油
80毫升水
一平茶匙生粉
