Warden is still in a bad state.
Notes:
-Rapids is still best spammable, and they have no intention of changing that.
-Cliff racer is there to proc the 400 Weapon/Spell Damage during off balance. Pretty lame it doesn't hold a candle to Rapids as a spammable.
-For max uptime on Cliff racer, cast it 1 second before off balance starts and and cast again 2 seconds before off balance ends. This gives you an uptime of 17s which is a max uptime of 77%.
-Siroria is looking really good now that it's 90% of Riptide without the Stamina management.
-Destro backbar for buffed Maelstrom and new Winter's Revenge that gets a 30% boost if you're using a staff.
-With EC on dummy, and Warden having a crit damage passive, you can drop kilt and run a monster set. Zaan seems to perform pretty well and gives back some of the lost crit from kilt.
Overall, this still feels really bad playing Warden. There's probably a better configuration, but it's just not fun. Having to stare at off balance timer to make sure you're proccing cliff racer just feels pretty shit, not to mention the ridiculous sustain issues even post-hybridization. It's just lost a lot of made it fun and feels like a generic DPS shell. All the changes feel like net losses and it's sad honestly. Shalks was a terrible change, removing Animal Species Damage Done was not needed, Cliff racer was fine before, Winter's Revenge should just be unconditionally buffed, Arctic Blast is a bad DoT. All the changes just miss the mark by a long distance.
