1) MMAFM-2 (upgraded to MultiMode 8) base AFM microscope
2) AS-12V "E" scanner (10x10 um x-y scan area, 2.5um vertical scan)
3) Contact & Tapping Mode tip holder
4) XC-999 video camera for real-time cantilever alignment, along with cables and power supply
5) diNanoScope V Controller with 37 pin adapter
6) intralux 4000 fiber optic illuminator
7) Veeco control PC equipped with NanoScope control software (version 8.10), NanoScope Analysis software, digital manuals for the hardware and software, interfacing PCI cards for the microscope and camera, and keyboard and mouse.
8) Includes computer monitor (HP LP3065)
9) Anti-vibration stand with Optical viewer stand and adjuster
10) Lower x-y adjustable micrometer translation stage (Newport 401)

This is a fully equipped AFM. This video shows a piece of paper (sticky note) we were able to easily image using the ScanAsyst tool in the AFM.
We are selling just the system, we do not provide technical support or system set-up. There are other companies that provide those services if desired.
