💥 Today’s workout is all about strengthening the shoulders to get that well-rounded, powerful upper body look.
In this vlog, I’m sharing my full shoulder routine, including my go-to exercises for targeting every part of the delts.
I prefer 4 sets × 8 reps for basic/entry level
1. Overhead press
2. Lateral raise dumbell
3.Bent over reverse fly dumbell
4. Upright row - Barbell
5. Facepull - cable
** maintain proper form and prevent injuries during shoulder workouts.
