Conservative Dentistry encompasses the areas of fixed prosthodontics, operative & implant dentistry, and endodontics. With the current demographics, showing that people live longer while maintaining more of their teeth, Conservative Dentistry has gained even more importance for all clinicians.
Being able to manage the treatment needs of a patient in a holistic and comprehensive, yet conservative way can be a very rewarding experience, necessitating a combination of science, art, and practical skills.
The MSc Conservative Dentistry at the UCL Eastman Dental Institute is an intensive programme which maintains a good balance between theoretical knowledge and practical application, in addition to a research component.
