Potol is called ‘Pointed Gourd/Parwal’ in English and 'Dolma/Dorma' means a stuffed vegetable. Chingri Potoler Dorma is a famous Bengali cuisine where Potol or Parwal is stuffed with chingri and Potoler pulp & seeds. Stuffed Pointed Gourd/Parval Curry is a perfect dish for festive season. Pur diye Potol is best enjoyed when served with hot steamed rice or roti.
