COP, or Conference of the Parties, is currently holding its 26th meeting in Glasgow, Scotland, from October 31 to November 12. In attendance are leaders of countries that signed the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) - a treaty agreed to in 1994.
