Today I am going to share Special Hyderabadi Beef Pulao recipe.
1 Kg Rice Ingridents
Beef with Bone : 1 Kg
Cooking Oil : Half Cup
Tomato : 1 Medium Size
Onion : 1 Medium Size
Water : 10 to 11Cup
lemon Slices : 2 Medium Size
Curry Leaf : 2 to 3
Cumin Seeds : 1 Tablespoon
Fennel Seeds Crushed : 1 Tablespoon
Coriander Seeds Crushed : 1 Tablespoon
Cinnamon Stick : 2 piece of 2 inch size
Green Cardamom : 3 to 4 Piece
Black Cardamom : 3 Piece
Black Pepper : 8 to 10
Clove : 5 to 6
Star Anise : 2 to 3
Salt : 1 Tablespoon or as per your taste
Green Chili Paste : 2.5 Tablespoon
Ginger and Garlic paste : 2 Tablespoon
Bay leaf : 2 to 3
Yougurt : Quarter cup
Mix It Very well and cook on high flame for 5 minutes then Cook on low flame until meat tender it will take almost 1.5 hour to tender
After 1.5 Hour of Cooking
Step 2
Coriander and Mint leaves : Quarter Bunch
Nutmeg Powder : Pinch
Mace Powder : Pinch
Mix it very well then cook on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes
Step 3 :
Sela Rice soak in water for 10 to 15 minutes
Add Raw Sela Rice : 1 Kg
Cook on high flame for 5 Minutes then cook on low flame for 15 minutes then add Fried onion and Cooking oil
