Not much is known about Ash other than the fact that he is very old. No one knows how old, but we know it is very. So old that his mind became so cluttered with owl wisdom that it cancelled itself out, leaving him not knowing very much at all. This might seem like a sad life, but Ash is blissfully unaware of his existence, getting excited about the mouse in front of him that he forgot he caught 2 minutes ago, and peacefully gazing into the sunset which just appears as a fog of warm colours through his cataracts. While his clouded eyes make it difficult for him to see, his hearing is still sharp as a needle, so the group rely on him always listening out for danger when everyone else is distracted.

But I don't wanna give, I want it for myself
As selfish as it is, I need it for my health
And I have stuff to do, for me nobody else, nobody else

So please don't talk to me, you don't know anything
I am not your conversation
