Learn how to get rid of fatigue, how to stop feeling tired and improve digestion with the 'Row on a Lake' Taichi movement, part of the 18 movement series with Karen Atkins.
This Thaichi movement helps improve indigestion and stomach ache as well as fatigue, tiredness and feeling sleepy.
It's a quick and easy taiji sequence that will come in handy when you have a bloated stomach because you ate too much.
If you are feeling full and have a bloated belly from overeating, you may want to approach the movement slowly and repeat it several times.
