Prof. Eduardo teaches his favorite choke from side control using his own lapel on the side closest to your opponent's neck. He also demonstrates how to set up the same choke from the opposite side of your opponent's body by moving your body instead of the lapel. Prof. Eduardo finishes the lesson by teaching three basic options to counter the choke from the bottom.
