I love to travel light with a backpack.

I was travelling in Asia and Europe for months and I only brought a 7kg backpack with me! Wanna know how to travel light and how to pack a carry-on backpack? I will tell you all the tips and secrets, all the things that I bring when I travel, and how I fit all of them into my backpack!

This video will tell you how to pack a 7kg carry on luggage, as that is the carry-on weight limit for most budget airlines. I will also be packing winter clothes as well because we know winter is the hardest to pack light for!

There is just so much to love about packing light. It saves you money, it increases your mobility and your shoulders wouldn't have to carry too much weight, making your trip more enjoyable. When I was packing for my Europe backpacking trip, I realised that I am an overpacker. Don't repeat my mistakes!
