I'm not sure how I missed this feature, but I love it! With Garmin's "Broadcast Heart Rate" option you are able to send heart rate data from your Garmin watch to another device. No need to buy an annoying heart rate strap for your chest.
You can send it to a bike computer like the Edge 520 or to your laptop to use with Zwift. The feature is available on several Garmin devices including: Garmin Forerunner 935, Garmin Forerunner 230, Garmin Forerunner 235, Garmin Forerunner 35, Garmin Fenix 3HR, Garmin Fenix 5, and Vivosmart HR.
