Turkish Halva - A delicious Recipe from La Cocina De Guna
Ingredients:
2 cups semolina
125 gr butter
3 glasses of milk
1 cup sugar
pine nuts (optional)
Cooking:
Fry the semolina in a dry frying pan until light golden brown. Add butter and continue to fry over low heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly.
In the meantime, while semolina is fried, dissolve sugar in hot milk and pour into a pan with semolina. Cook until the milk is completely soaked. We turn off the fire. Halva is ready!
