experience a feeling of heat in the hands, then in the arms, the back of the neck, and finally the top of the head.

When it comes to our hands, meditation, mudras and mantras, there is a lot to learn, as it is a pure science behind the meridian points in our hands, fingers and upper pallet, and the combination of it all, which generates healing power that we can build up and send out to both heal ourselves and others.

For the majority of people it is not needed to learn all, but to understand and be aware of the basics and with these foundations, we can then build on it for our meditation and healing practices.

Our health, as well as our ability to heal and help others, are literally in our hands!
