God is in control. He is able to declare the end from the beginning, establishing His purposes and accomplishing all His good pleasure.
He is able to do this not just because He knows what will happen, but because He planned it and because He has the power to bring it to pass.
This is great news for His children, for whom He is working all things together for good. It is not good news for those who continue as His enemies, though, since He has the power to execute justice upon them and none can stand in His way.
