Milan is truly a shopping haven, especially for the non-EU citizens who are eligible to claim the VAT refund! If you're like me who had so many questions about how to go about doing the VAT refund applications, I decided to make this videos to guide you though the process. I can tell you it's super easy as I recently just travelled to Italy in May 2023!

If you watch till the end of my video, you may wonder why I said to pack your items so that they are easily accessible. Well...the agent told me that some people are randomly selected for a customs inspection and the agent will need to see the items. It’s better to be prepared in case that happens. You might be the lucky one. ;)
