Extra Hot Nandos Peri Peri Chicken

8 Chicken pieces
1 bottle nandos extra hot peri peri
1 lemon
1 Tbs garlic
1 Tbs ginger
Salt and pepper
1 Tbs oregano
1 Tbs rosemary
1 Tbs thyme
1 Tbs cajun spice
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp vinegar
1/3 C Chicken stock

Tenderise the chicken first then brush it with olive oil and lightly salt.

In a bowl mix the rest of the ingredients until all combined.

Add the chicken and mix until all coated.

Pour into an oven dish.

Cook for around 1 hour or until chicken is cooked.
