❓What makes our ferrules different ❓
☝️ Did you know the ferrules on the bottom of standard hospital crutches and walking sticks are rock solid, they are designed like this to make them last longer but in the process mean they’re often slippy when they hit hard or remotely wet surfaces 😫
👉 The composition also means they can and do jar when used and have been linked to upper joint pain and discomfort in various places including wrists, elbows and shoulders 😥
What do our ferrules have that make them different?
🌟 They’re cushioned, the rubber is more like rubber and less like plastic so they will protect your upper joints from jarring
🌟 They grip - the bottoms have added grip to ensure the slip factor is minimised at all times, on all surfaces
🌈 We sell our ferrules separately to our sticks and crutches so you can replace them whenever you like, you can also use them on other sticks as long as the stick is 18mm in width 👌
