Ingredients:-
•Sticky rice 500gm
•2 big onions
•1 inch ginger
•3 teaspoon ghee
•2 bay leaves
•2 teaspoon salt(as per taste)
Procedure:-
Take a frying pan heat it, then add the ghee now add the sliced onions to it fry it till light golden brown appears, now add the finely chopped ginger and again fry it till the raw aroma of ginger is out, now add the rice and fry it for 5 min. In another pan take 4 cups of water and boil it.. now add the luke warm water to the fried rice and close the lid of the pan and wait for 15 min after 15 min open the lid give a gentle mix and serve it hot!😊
