The spacemen come out of their wrapping at the 1:00 mark. Based on the classic Archer space people but cast in a softer plastic at about 1/2 the scale, and not of the British made Tudor Rose variety either (they did not use this pose). Maker and age unclear: ToySoldierHQ has these listed as "unknowns", speculating that they may have been available via comic book mail order form along with small soft plastic spaceship forms -- I actually have a couple of those but hadn't realized the connection.
