RGU and Skills Development Scotland (SDS) are proud to offer the Careers and Workforce Development in Health and Social Care in the North East of Scotland project.
This is a unique learning opportunity, designed with key stakeholder organisations who have co-produced the design of course content. This project offers the opportunity to study five fully funded, credit bearing short courses enhancing practice in health and social care.
This project aims to enable the workforce through education, extending knowledge and developing practical skills, which can support health and social care practitioners in their daily practice, while improving the experience of people who use services.
At RGU we are mindful of the challenges of returning to study and how this could impact your daily commitments, that’s why we make sure that engaging with the short courses is easy and flexible.
The five short courses on offer to practitioners working in health and social care are:
· Personal and Professional Development
· Digital Skills in Health and Social Care
· Concepts of Health and Wellbeing
· Health through the Lifespan
· Quality Improvements in Practice
