David Bentley Hart writes about these early Christians in the intro of his book, That All Shall Be Saved. They believed everyone would be saved in the end because the heart of God is to restore everyone, not torture people. Even though he disagreed with them the 4th century theologian Augustine called these Christians “the merciful-hearted”. #shorts
