In a video captured by Sky News, a member of the public urged Sunak to restore the NHS to its previous state, recounting her daughter's seven-hour wait for care. As she shared her concerns, Sunak began to walk away.
Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer commented that the incident highlighted the Prime Minister's lack of understanding regarding the challenges faced by many people.
However, another longer video of Sunak and the woman's encounter was put online which shows the two shaking heads and offering thanks.
