Norway Chess 2023 is a 10-player Round-robin tournament, held from May 30th to June 9th in Stavanger, Norway. The tournament features super GMs such as Magnus Carlsen, Alireza Firouzja, Hikaru Nakamura and Fabiano Caruana.
If a classical game is drawn, an Armageddon game is played. The players will keep their colour from the classical game in the Armageddon game.
Time control is 120 minutes for the entire game with a 10-second increment beginning from move 40
