A friend of mine from the calisthenics group "Team Rancho" in San Jose. Mo Gutta Game, extended a challenge the other day to see how many dips one could do in 1 minute. At first I thought it would be simpler that it was. I thought 60 in 60 seconds would be no issue...
My first attempt had me at 36 dips in 1 min, and now over a week later see the results!
