This yoga for sore muscles 30 minute routine offers a full body stretch and release you can do after your workouts or when you are feeling tension.
Doing this yoga class will help release sore and achy muscles, bring blood flow into the body and promote relaxation.
This is one of my favorite yoga classes to do in the evenings as it is the perfect way to end your day and offer the mind and body some calmness.
