This review is an update after using this yoga swing for more than 10 years. You can see it's still in good shape.
This particular yoga swing is called the Omni Gym Complete. It comes with the Omni Stand, Omni Spring Trapeze, and the Omni Swing. The Omni Swing is the yoga swing.
This video shows some yoga swing exercises for beginners, and also a couple of more advanced positions that might take more effort to do if your just getting into fitness.
I'm sure you can use your own imagination to come up with many different ideas of what to do with this Omni Gym.
