Whisper Workout - My Forearm Exercise Routine, this is dedicated to Weightlifting Whisper & Whispermister.
Superset:
1: Chin-ups: to failure
2: Wrist Curls: 10-20 reps
3: Reverse Wrist Curls: 10-15 rep (do not go heavy)
4: Reverse Bicep Curls: slightly leaning forward to keep focus on forearms not biceps
Repeat 10 times and your forearms are done!
This is what i was doing when i was last going to gym 16months ago.
I wanted to try something a little different and play around with my new microphones a little. Very early on people enquired about my arm's & i promised i would do this type of video, i aplogize it has taken me so long to record it.

Audio: Rode NTG-3 Shotgun Mounted to Camera + Rode HS1-P Headset mic connected by wireless through Sennheiser ew112p g3 kit
Audio is recorded directly to the camera, no audio processing has been added, recorded as is.
I tried to use the light to my advantage using natural daylight to one side and a little cheap LED to give little fill light.
I plan to add small lights and new tripods to my kit soon to create better mood lighting.
