HEALTHY SNACKS, FRUIT SPRING ROLLS AND PEANUT SAUCE. Good the whole family.
You need: Rice paper, warm water
mango, cucumber, avocado, kiwi, carrots (or any fruit that you prefer)
Peanut sauce: 1/4 cup -i prefer chunky peanut butter ( you can use creamy peanut butter, 1/2 tbsp. Soy sauce, 1 tbsp. Honey, 1/4 tsp. Chili garlic sauce, 1/2 tbsp. Lime juice, water to thin. About 5 tbsp...add more if needed.
