വിശുദ്ധ കുരിശിന്‍റെ പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥന

ഓ! ആരാധ്യനായ ദൈവമേ ,രക്ഷകനായ യേശുക്രിസ്തുവേ , അങ്ങ് ഞങ്ങളുടെ പാപങ്ങള്‍ക്കുവേണ്ടി കുരിശില്‍ മരിച്ചുവല്ലോ .വിശുദ്ധ കുരിശേ! എന്‍റെ സത്യപ്രകാശമായിരിക്കണമെ . ഓ!വി .കുരിശേ! എല്ലാ തിന്മകളില്‍നിന്നും എന്നെ മോചിപ്പിക്കണമെ. ഓ! വി. കുരിശേ! എല്ലാ അപകടങ്ങളില്‍നിന്നും പെട്ടെന്നുള്ള മരണത്തില്‍നിന്നും എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കണമെ. എനിക്കു നിത്യജീവന്‍ നല്കണമെ. ഓ! ക്രൂശിതനായ നസ്രായക്കാരന്‍ യേശുവേ! ഇപ്പോഴും എപ്പോഴും എന്‍റെമേല്‍ കരുണയുണ്ടാകണമെ. നിത്യജീവിതത്തിലേക്ക് നയിക്കുന്ന നമ്മുടെ കര്‍ത്താവീശോമിശിഹായുടെ തിരുരക്തത്തിന്‍റെയും,മരണത്തിന്‍റെയും ,ഉയര്‍പ്പിന്‍റെയും, സ്വര്‍ഗാരോഹണത്തിന്‍റെയും പൂജിത ബഹുമാനത്തിനായി യേശു, ക്രിസ്തുമസ്സ് ദിവസം ജനിച്ചുവെന്നും,ദു:ഖ വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച അവിടുന്ന് കുരിശില്‍തൂങ്ങി മരിച്ചുവെന്നും നിക്കൊദേമൂസും ഔസേപ്പും കര്‍ത്താവിന്‍റെ തിരുശരീരം കുരിശില്‍നിന്നിറക്കി സംസ്കരിച്ചുവെന്നും അവിടുന്ന് സ്വര്‍ഗാരോഹിതനായി എന്നും ഞങ്ങള്‍ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു.കാണപ്പെടുന്നതും കാണപ്പെടാത്തതുമായ എല്ലാ ശത്രുക്കളില്‍നിന്നും എന്നെ സംരക്ഷിക്കണമേ .കര്‍ത്താവായ യേശുവേ! എന്നില്‍ കനിയണമെ.പരി.അമ്മേ,വി.ഔസേപ്പിതാവേ,എനിക്കുവേണ്ടി പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥിക്കണമെ.ഭയം കൂടാതെ കുരിശുവഹിക്കുവാനുള്ള ശക്തി അങ്ങയുടെ കുരിശിന്‍റെ സഹനത്തിലൂടെ എനിക്കു നല്കണമെ.അങ്ങയെ അനുഗമിക്കുവാനുള്ള കൃപാവരം എനിക്കു നല്കണമെ.
