🌶 Milagai Bajji.Here we can do it at home in hygiene and health way.

To Make Bajji Batter::
Besan Floor - 250g
Rice Floor - 100g
Milagai Bajji - 250g
Salt. - to taste
Colour powder optional - 1 pinch
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
👩🍳Mix all this Ingredients in a Bowl add some Water on it to avoid lumps add little water and prepare it like dosa batter keep that batter for 10 minutes..
To Make 🧄 Garlic Chutney::
Tomato 🍅 - 3 no’s
Red Chillies 🌶 - 10 no’s
garlic - 10 no’s
👩🍳Take a pan r Kadai add Some Water wait till boil and Add all the Above Ingredients to cook cover with lid Wait for 10 min..
👩🍳After let’s give some time to cool all ingredients and transfer to mixer jar and grind it like smooth paste.
👩🍳Take a Pan r Kadai Add Some Refined oil & Gingelly oil ( Gingelly Oil will Reduce too Spicy 🥵) So we can it ..Add Some Mustard and fry Take grinned Garlic Chutney pour on it and cover with lid wait till the oil get separated.
To Make 🥥 Coconut Chutney::
Coconut - 1/2 grated.
Small Onion - 4 nos
Ginger - 1 Small Size
Green Chilli 🌶 - 2 no’s
Pottukadalai - little
Add All the ingredients to mixer jar and grind it.Transfer to bowl. To get nice Aroma add fried mustard on Chutney nice 🤤 Chutney Ready.
👩🍳To Make Milakai Bajji:
Take a above batter which I told add milakai bajji on it and fry in to oil..
And Ready For Serve 🙌🙌👩🍳👩🍳..
