In order to determine which US states are cheap (or most expensive), we analyze many different living expenses, such as housing costs, groceries, utilities, gas prices, health insurance, and child care to come up with an affordable cost of living index. Remember, this list is based solely on how CHEAP a place is and doesn't include their economy, crime and safety, health, education, or overall quality of life. I also implemented my personal experiences and the pros and cons of each location and who knows?! You might even get some reasons to move to the following states!
