I go over enchanting guides and methods for all versions of Skyrim. Yes, the thumbnail is true it can be done in under 15 minutes as long as you have not been to Solstheim yet.
Enchanting XP is earned in 3 different ways. Enchanting, disenchanting, and recharging enchanted weapons.
After trying it myself and reading online it does not matter what weapon, enchantment, or soul gem size is used the same XP will be rewarded regardless. So use cheap weapons, cheap souls, and expensive enchantments to sell and make your money back.
Disenchanting is simple. Disenchant a weapon to learn the enchantment but you only have a certain amount of enchantments you can learn (56. 18 weapons, 38 clothing). The higher the enchantment percentage the more XP you will earn from the disenchantment. Potions and clothing that increase enchanting only increase the enchantment placed upon it not the XP gained.
Recharging weapons. Very simple it does not matter if you are recharging on point or the whole weapon you will be granted the same XP.
Anniversary edition. The easiest one, go to Myrwatch just east of Morthal and grab the unenchanted staff and heart stone. Duplicate it until you have ten. Go to Bloodchill Cavern just southeast of Dawnstar, kill the vampires, and claim the house. The staff enchanter has a hidden XP bonus that stays active until you go to Solstheim for the first time. Meaning you will only need to make ten for 100 Enchanting.
If Solstheim has already been visited then just duplicate it up until you have around 185 (without mage stone) and you will still be able to get 100 enchanting relatively fast.
Special Edition. Go to Solstheim and make your way to Tel Mithryn on the southeast side of the map. Go into the tallest mushroom and complete some quests for Neloth. Once the "Reluctant Steward" quest is complete you are granted access to his staff enchanter. Now just duplicate it up until you have around 185 (without mage stone) and you will still be able to get 100 enchanting relatively fast.
Skyrim. Buy, smith, steal any cheap weapon... many actually. Grab a lot of petty soul gems and put on the most expensive enchantment you have. You can then sell all of the enchanted weapons and earn your money back to enchant more. This may be the slowest method but it will still work and get you a nice profit. You could also obtain the black star (or many as it can be duplicated) put a soul trap on a weapon and do the Civil War questline to get lots of human souls. If the civil war is complete then bandit camps will equally work. Enchant a bow with whatever you want, shoot an arrow, recharge the bow, pick up the shot arrow, and repeat.
I hope this video can be useful and informative for anyone wanting to max out their enchanting. If I missed anything be sure to let me know in the comments and I can add it to the description where it best fits.
